Shipping Info

New Zealand

Hallo Brody has a flat rate shipping for all of NZ of $6.50 Tracking is used on ALL orders. If you haven't received tracking information, don't hesitate to get in touch with me and I'll be sure to send it through.

Australia

Due to COVID causing delays, I am currently not shipping to Australia. Feel free to get in touch if you’d like to chat about this option.

What's your turn around time?

Up to 10 working days, unless otherwise specified. Please note, around holidays e.g. Christmas, there may be a longer wait, this will be noted at the top of the website. 

Needing something urgently?

Don't hesitate to get in touch and let me know your deadline. I love to help where I can so I will see what I can do!

Do you send overseas?

Currently I only send to New Zealand. But if you see something you would love and live further afield, don't hesitate to get in touch and I'll see what is possible.

Returns

Occasionally mistakes are made! If there's a mistake with your order from our end, i.e. we sent the wrong size, wrong colour, spelling, or the item is faulty, I will happily replace your item on return of the item in an unused condition. 

With the exception of a mistake made by us, personalised clothing/items can not be returned.

Non custom orders will be on a case by case basis. If you've ordered the wrong size on a non custom order, we may be able to exchange this for you, however please beware that sizing is listed with measurements on listings and items would need to be returned in the original new condition. 

All items must be returned within 14 days of arrival. Postage will be at the customer's cost, unless a mistake has been made on my side.
